Debi brings a wealth of customer service and hospitality knowledge to the KBA Europe team having worked both onshore and offshore during her career.  She has provided admin support within a variety of industries. Her role as Administrative Coordinator within KBA(E) includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the KBA(E) Administrative Team, controlling building security, maintenance, fire and safety. She has experience in establishing training programmes and schedules. Her experience involves dealing with management, staff, candidates and the general public, ensuring that KBA(E) comply with policies and procedures.

After completed her secondary education at Oldmachar Academy Aberdeen, Emma has carried on her higher education at Aberdeen College whilst also taking on the role of Administrative Assistant at KBA Europe. Her role with KBA(E) will enable her to develop her skills in personnel logistics whilst also studying for her college qualification;as part of an ongoing initiative by KBA Group to bring bright young people into the industry.

Emma will also be undertaking a wide range of duties involved with the varied training courses KBA Europe provide, which will rapidly develop her office and administrational potential. This duties will include course registration, preparation of course materials, inventory management and general training administration.

As KBA Europe’s reputation and industry presence grows, we anticipate that Emma’s involvement and role in the company will advance further.
